WE DID NOT STAY HERE SIMPLY BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. WE PAID THROUGH BOOKING - WE ARRIVED - NO ONE WAS THERE - A NUMBER WAS ON THE DOOR - NO ONE ANSWERED- I PAID & DID NOT EVEN SLEEP HERE- COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF FROM THIS EXTENDED STAY

"It was so bad we didn’t even stay there"

We didn’t like anything it was not safe. It was full of drug activity, and the guy at the front counter was really rude and disrespectful and tried getting loud with my husband and telling us how to raise our kid. That’s why we didn’t stay.

There was no one to great us at check-in. The location was bad. The hotel alone was dirty and looked shady. We got no email stating they had canceled our reservation until the next day. We traveled 10 hours to be told we had they had no place for us. People just sitting outsider the place harassing us for money. It was the worst experience we ever had!

Htel was in poor condition. No one would answer calls when away from desk. No cleaning service during entire stay. No one avaiabvble for checkout. Cheap stay though.
