I didn't like anything about the place. I did like that they gave me the opportunity to look at the room before signing anything. I chose not to stay. I'm hoping to get a refund. Booking.com should not be allowing this place to advertise and reserve rooms through this site.

I didn't like the condition of the place. I couldn't turn on the lights to inspect the room. The bathroom tub was disgusting. loud music in the hallway. Evidence of rooms that had been broken into. I didn't stay. I hope that a refund was issued due to the conditions of this place. Booking.com should separate themselves from this place, I will not trust or use booking.com untilI see this place removed from the site. It is not safe.

Communication is horrible I called several times from 11:00 a.m to 1:49 p.m to confirm my reservation (no answer) then drove to the location and the door was locked and no one was at the desk. I emailed the night before and no reply. I ended up staying, somewhere else because I was worried I would not have anywhere for my daughters and I to stay after driving nearly 10 hours.

The TV and the AC worked. The refrigerator worked to well. Gene was the most helpful person there.

This place was a complete disaster. The FL Dept. of Health needs to pay this place a visit to say the least. The front desk night clerk is a total jerk, and that is about as nice as I can put it. The room had the bear necessities, there were no hangers to hang clothes, no place to put clothes, and the bugs tried to take over, especially on my last night there. In short I will never stay there again and do not recommend that anyone else do either.
