Everything was broken

Was not able to check in. No one at desk. No one answered the phone. Teenage boy kept going inside to talk to someone and kept telling us there were no rooms available. No employees ever answered the phone or came out to talk to me. Had to stay somewhere else.

Terrible, dirty, loud place.

I did not like anything. They were horrible.

There were ROACHES in my room. The towels were stained, bed sheet stained, lights flickering, toilet paper holder was broke off the wall, toilet seat wasn't on all the way, There was 2 pillows on my king bed and one of them looked like something someone threw away in 1990 and was grabbed from a dumpster. The staff was horrible, dismissive, and hardly showed up. They would rather stand outside talking on the phone. The floorboards were coming up, the base boards were coming of the wall, The TV didn't even work in my room. I also wasn't given a single bath towel, only hand towels and a wash cloth.

Worst room we’ve never stayed in! The from desk help is hateful but I guess if you are homeless they can hook you up!??
