We reserved 2 rooms. One for me and my husband, and one for my mom. While I was checking in, my room, my mom fell in the parking lot. The front desk attendant said “ oh my gosh”. I went out to help her. She was laying on the ground for quite some time, unable to get up. Once we were finally able to get her, she hobbled back to the car. I went back inside the attendant didn’t ask if she was okay or offer any assistance. I asked where the nearest hospital was to have her looked at. He wasn’t sure. He just gave me our keys and said don’t worry about her coming in personally and that he moved her to a downstairs room figuring she might need it. We were in town for 3 more days. She spent the vacation time in the hospital with a broken pelvis and hip. No one ever reached out to us to check on her. At check out we spoke to what seemed to be the owners. They just said sorry and that they would talk to the attendant. Horrible customer service!!! I would never stay here again and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
We stopped here to enjoy the Thursday night market in downtown. On our way to Paso Robles this motel was a great find. The staff was super friendly amenities were just enough. Our accommodation was immaculate, clean highly recommend and will be staying here again. Thank you !
