Dirty and rude staff who refused to help and floor mats caused me to break my phone because I slipped on it and the floor wasn’t even wet and room was ant infested they kept crawling on me and my wife while we were sleeping

They made a copy of my credit card I have never seen that before that was weird

Fan and AC were not working I could not take a shower no water the worst hotel ever I will never go back

Nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in, NASTY NASTY NASTY, 1st room toilet would not flush, no phone. 2nd room couldn't get in, 3rd room Turd floating in toilet, room not vacuumed 4th room newspapers and towels ganging from ceiling nit vacuumed no phone, 5th room trash not emptied, no cups no soap, no shampoo no ice bucket not vacuumed, the 1 used towel, I used dirty wash rag. 1 used hand towel, shut stains in toilet, tub and shower were nasty AF, MIRROR was filthy.

Check-in Upcharge: A $30.00 cash upcharge was required for checking in at 3:00 pm, which felt excessive. Parking and Maintenance: The parking area is very dark at night, and the person handling lawn maintenance blew grass onto my car. Cleanliness: Could be drastically improved. The floor appeared dirty, the walls or drywall showed signs of wear, and fresh grass was present at the lobby entrance. Pest Issues: I found dead roaches on the floor, and at about 2:30 am, I saw a live roach by the front desk. Room Issues: The blinds in the room were broken. The TV did not work, and no remote was available; although the front desk provided several remotes, none worked. My room had to be changed. The fridge also did not work. Lobby and Maintenance: There were no garbage cans in the lobby. The entrance door's ring does not work, and the door slams as people walk in or out all day long. Daytime lobby lights were out, making it dark, and all doors were closed hard throughout the place. Customer Service and Management: The attendant upon my arrival made an effort to resolve issues for everyone in a calm manner and did her best to help, despite having no easy way to resolve or resources. However, it seems there are ongoing management challenges and a need for greater attention to customer satisfaction and care. The price should not have been more than $40 a night, given the inconveniences and lack of working amenities.
