A Pet Dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in the case of two Pet Dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to Pet Dogs—they can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. A mandatory, nonrefundable Pet Dog Fee of $150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for Pet Dogs reported at the time of check-in. "Good location, decent for what it is"

The location and distance to downtown was excellent!

The room was just okay. It had a balcony and a lot of space but there was some noticeable wear and tear. The air conditioning is Very loud. Generally though, the room itself was fine. Our main issue was that when we checked in, we had to go to a second desk to get our parking pass, and at that desk we were offered great discounts for our time in Gatlinburg, which we assumed were part of staying at the hotel but were in fact all free perks for attending a time share presentation. The desk person specifically said it wasn’t a time share and made it sound like we would just tour the other Westgate property and get these discounts, but it was in fact a time share presentation that we sat through for 5 hours. The hotel is fine, but beware of getting sold on a timeshare.

I feel like the rooms are in need of an update. I felt like the room I had not been updated since the 90s. The shower was stained up, needed a new shower head and ceiling tiles. The room was not physically dirty. Our tv had lines in it where it appeared it was on its last leg. It didn’t bother us much as we weren’t there to watch tv.

I didn't dislike anything. I was surprised that you didn't have to use your room key to access your buildings.

"good,but not great."

location was great.

No wifi for the first 4 days, one of the pools was closed for repair( the one right outside our room) we had to walk to other side of hotel to second pool, which was a good distance . breakfast options were limited. Floor of room was filthy, no carpet, made our socks really dirty.

It was close to everything and the staff were so kind.

The hotel is older and our key didn't work. We had to wait for the maintenance man to come and fix it. It was really no big deal and the location and savings made it well worth the wait.

The scenery. But that to cancel our trip a day early. Tried to get hold of booking.com try to get a refund . Was unable to get refund couldn't find a number to call to get refunded for checking out a day early. So my complaint is with booking. Com. We'll never use them again
