Would like updated walk-in shower

Arrived at 11 to see if we could check in early. The employee said sure we have your room ready, but then said no because I booked through Booking.com. They could only let us check in early if we booked directly through them or if we were a walk in. I asked her to make that make sense. The room was full of dead bugs and dead roaches. They did come back and clean the room for us. The only thing this hotel as going for itself is the location.

Our room was right on the river. We had a fireplace and that was a nice touch

They advertised a hot tub and there wasn’t one They said they served breakfast but had a kuerig machine with a long line, granola bars and moldy muffins. Front desk reception was nice but you had to hear a hard sell time share guy to get your parking pass. Bathtub drain was stopped up.

Not much

No chair in the room except one straight back desk chair. Bathroom faucet leaked water all over the counter. TV reception was terrible, the picture kept freezing. Very hard to watch. Wifi never worked during our stay. When I took my concerns to the office staff they didn't care and did nothing. They gave me a number to call about the wifi instead of handling it themselves. The wifi escalation people were just as bad. I called 5 times and they never called back or sent a technician to look at it.

the balcany was the one thing we wanted and it was great.

the locks could have been better and the bath tub was kinda slippery whentakeing a shower
