It was super close to the strip, could walk everywhere

Very out dated for what you pay. I had no comforter on my bed or towels in my room at check in. The chain lock on the door was too short so unable to secure. Walls are paper thin- neighbors had tv on all night long and could hear like I was in the room with them. Very pricey for what you get.

Location location location!!!! The best location for everything in gatlinburg. Within walking distance of everything!!!

The WiFi was spotty which wasn’t bad seeing as we were there for vacation not to be on our phones and such. The tv in our room was also spotty. Freezing and stuttering. Again, not a big deal but could be for someone else. Would also like to see the restaurant open back up.

It did not state on the listing that the rooms were non smoking. Having a smoking room was the whole reason I chose this resort.
