"Worst Marriott Hotel By Titanium guest."

Doesn’t meet Marriott standards. No sign on street indicating hotel location. GPS would not lead to hotel. Called hotel several times trying to get location, phone rang hundred times before she answered. Checking in was not a good experience, she never acknowledged my status or welcomed me. Hotel looks like a Motel 6 inside room. Will NEVER stay here again. 8/15/25 is my stay date. Titanium member.

FRONT STAFF NOT HELPFUL VERY PUT OFF. ROOMS NOT CLEAN NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED PER THE PICTURES ON SITE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

"Nice staff/terrible hotel"

The front staff are the only acceptable part of this hotel. It was filthy and run down. The front piece of a drawer was missing and a window cracked and repaired with blue tape. Worn down furniture that was dirty. Carpet smelled like wet dog. Uncomfortable beds! Pool needed attention. Skimming leaves and bugs off. Everything looked and felt like it hadn’t been maintained in10-15 years. Will not recommend or stay at Town place suites

The outdoor pool area was small, not a lot of seating. The grill area was outside our room and we could hear people out there till 1 am being loud

"Nice staff but this location needs a total refresh"

We've stayed at other Towne Place Suites so we were not hesitant to book this one. Upon arrival (91°heat) there was no working air in the lobby area (luckily rooms did have air.) The lobby is cluttered, dingy and dated. Check in process is antiquated but staff was friendly. This property needs to up it's cleaning game as hall carpets are stained and smelled like "wet dog". The room set up was fine but again, dirt in corners of the bathroom, torn curtains, well worn couch all need attention.

The place is run down and dirty One of the kitchen drawer fronts was missing, bedroom window was cracked with big piece of green painters tape taped o er the crack. Really disappointing
