there was only two employees that actually had customer service.

The front desk lady was rude even insinuating that my child was on drugs because she has a severe anxiety and was shaking. she also tried to steal my deposit but it was on camera. she double charged me and now I am having trouble getting back the money for the double charge. The owner did come and talk to me he said he only purchased the property a week ago whenever I had stayed. willing to give the benefit of the doubt and try again one more time only if the front desk employee is no longer there.

Easy to find

It’s in need of repair. It had minimal supplies in the room. No hygiene items Elevator had issues on last day daughter had to run down to push button so we could bring everything down. Breakfast on first day made it to where I didn’t go back. Spent too much on a mediocre room

"We didnr stay. That room needed condemned. Only a single flat sheet on stained mattress."

Absolutely nothing.

There was nothing to like. Check in was 3, we arrived at 8 pm after a day of traveling and were told they didn’t have a room for us. Told us to wait 15 minutes and they’d have our room ready. 2 HOURS later, our party of 6 was given keys to our two bedroom suite. It was FILTHY. No comforters or clean sheets. Trash and feces on the floor. Stains all over everything. Smell of urine. We immediately left. I would NEVER allow my children to sleep at a place like that. We were lied too, misled, and we weren’t thr only ones there complaining.

Rooms were not ready at check in time. Tried 3 different rooms. Crumbs in the cub boards. Fridges are not useable as the doors open the wrong way. Duct tape on floor. Locks missing screws. It was hanging.

The layout of the room. Bed was comfortable

Elevator didn't work, carried our luggage down 3 flight's of stairs. No electric in the main room ( kitchen and bathroom had electric) no tv no wash cloths.
