Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati NE Mason

Juice machine did not work. Lack of food.

Nothing

The room was run down and very dirty. Holes in the walls. Dirty towels in bathroom. Stains all over the lamp shades, curtains and walls and doors.

Not much. The facility was very unclean.

The room was in need of several repairs. Holes in the way and the thermostat was hanging by electrical wires. The morning of checkout we saw cockroaches in the hallways.

The breakfast was amazing. The location was great it is close to kings island

There was a problem with maintenance, but instead of kicking me out, the Hotel worked with me and actually gave me an upgraded room even on the last minute

The rooms were plain, but they were clean, and spacious— with plenty of room for my teenage son, my younger daughter, my husband and I. They had Wi-Fi, and the staff was very friendly— They all worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked the convenience of it being close to downtown.

Some of the rooms were not very well kept. They were not dirty, but they were not very well cared for, or maintained. (Cracks in the ceiling, walls, and holes in the windowsill’s. It smelled like mildew and mold.) They did not have enough blankets,sheets, or pillows for my family. My daughter didn’t have 1 pillow , or sheet to use on the pullout couch. She ended up having to use my robe as a blanket because they were out of blankets and pillows. They definitely need a maintenance person to help with the upkeep, and they need to buy more sheets, blankets, pillows... LINENS. Also, I needed dish soap in the kitchen, or some kind of soap to use in the dishwasher.

Staff was nice

Room was not ready, had multiple things broken, had to move rooms middle of stay.
