"One word "disappointment""

Where to start. Half the stuff in the room didn't work. Asked for coffee for over a week and never got it. Make sure you get a receipt because they're not putting it in the system you paid and the owner will come harass you at 10 p.m. for money you already paid. First there was no breakfast then a really horrible breakfast. All in all as a last resort it works but thats it

"Gross, rancid, piss smells, stains"

If you like the smell of piss this is your place. If you love mystery stains everywhere, book now.

Being greeted by the drunk men at the door outside smoking. The random pills found in the sleeper sofa - could be a plus for some. The smell of decay in the stair well.

"Basic comfort level disappointment with amenities and staff service."

Breakfast was ok. The juice machine never worked for the 3 days I stayed there. There was no one helping the guest during the time I was eating. There were no condiments and eating utensils were poor quality.

My room was clean and comfortable but tv didn’t have a. Remote, there wasn’t an iron in the room. I asked the first day of my stay for an iron. The room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels and wash cloths, shampoo provided daily. The air/heat unit ran all the time. The controls wouldn’t work to change the temperature. There was no phone in the room.
