Location, amenities were nice.

Smell, room and stairwell smelled bad

Grear homebase for exploring the area. Great littlw kitchen, comfortable bed and room.

Got this hotel fairly last minute for a concert at red rocks. Very close to the amphitheater. Was able to get a second night booked with no hassle. Staff was very accommodating.

Rooms are worn out, carpet torn in spots looks dirty, walls need painting, exit signs broken, landscaping overgrown and pool dirty. Not what you would expect from marriott

Booked this place last minute but was able to check in quickly and got a nice suite for good price. It was also located across from plenty of restaurants and shopping stores.

I like the proximity to shopping and dining areas. It's also a short drive to downtown. The area was quiet at night, the staff was friendly and helpful and having an extra bedroom was a game changer. The property is showing it's age and they had trouble maintaining the outside trash containers over the holiday weekend. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again

Pool was so dirty couldn't even see the bottom. Complained about the noise on room and hallways every night until midnight and started up again at 6am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything. Bathroom was not the cleanest in that paint was very old and toilet really really short.
