This location has roaches, and the staff acts like it’s not a problem.

I've had some bad experience with extended stays in the past. But this is a great location, rooms are very clean. It's a quiet location, with a helpful staff.

Great safe area, very convenient for shopping, dining, banking, etc. the special suites are very spacious and well equipped. I had to issues and they were quickly resolved

This was not a good experience. This property was fairly run down, which was not evident by the listing. My access to the internet was mistakenly canceled by the property putting in the system that I was discharging the same day I arrived, my door did not have a working security latch and there were roaches in every space (sleeping area, kitchen and bathtub). The exterior door remained unlocked 24/7. I felt completely unsafe. I informed the front desk about these matters. My room should be compensated for these issues

Quiet, yet plenty of shopping and dining within a few blocks away.

The room was nice…I was happy it had a stove so I could cook
