Very, very bad customer service not clean no power we stayed without power we cannot sleep. We cannot do anything we’re supposed to do they ask for refund because they are the worst day ever in the history low power low power bad customer service liars

Hallways smelled like dog pee, floors were extremely sticky.

On October 18, 2025, I booked a room at Extended Stay America in Fenton, Missouri, for Nov. 21-24, 2025, through Booking.com for Pastor Tommy Higgins with our church, Bible Baptist Church, paying for the room through the credit card of Teresa Boyer. Confirmation #6958716026. This seems to be the only thing that went smoothly during the Higgins’s stay concerning the treatment they received, sadly. I visited the location to gather information as this was a trial run for our church because we were looking for a new local place to host our Pastors when they come from out of town. I told the manager, Kanga, that we have a yearly Conference in April and book 20 rooms for a week for our speakers and others to attend, and have many visiting speakers throughout the year, thereby creating thousands of dollars of revenue for the chain that we use. She was eager to show me the room we chose for the Higgins. In other hotels they’ve stayed in, when housekeeping is not readily available, the hotels have the guests put their bags of trash outside their door and staff will collect it later throughout the day, so they did this. After 9:30 at night on Saturday, I received a call from the staff after being unable to reach the Higgins, concerning trash left outside the room. I assured the staff that the Higgins probably didn’t realize they weren’t supposed to do this at this chain. No further issue with this, however, staff were quite rude to me on the phone and apparently began making snide remarks as the Higgins walked by when entering and leaving the hotel. “Trashy people.” and “Garbage.” were slurs heard. On Sunday evening, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card, which I thought was strange since the room was prepaid in full. I waited until the Higgins checkout time (Monday 11/24/25) before calling, to see if the charge would drop off. Upon inquiring what the charge was for, the clerk (Josh) informed me that it was a pet charge.

Had no mattress on the sofa bed. No sheets or pillows Couldn't connect to wifi Couldn't use cash to check in good thing my wife had her debit card with her.

The rooms were nasty and tidy. Very accommodating. The staff were exceptional and provided great service.

The hot water was out, but did to an issue with the heater. That's about it.

Terrible experience, BULLET HOLE IN ROOM WINDOW, dirty, smelly, garbage in hallways, frig compressor in room was loud and would turn on and off all night long. Akin to where a prostitute would bring a client or where someone would go to buy drugs. “Grab-and-go” breakfast consists of a packet of instant oatmeal. If I could give a half or a quarter star I would.

Location is great. Staff were very helpful

Microwave had no glass plate I'm deaf and couldn't get closed caption on TV Sewer plate come off when wheelchair rolls over it.
