The bed was very comfortable.

“Amanda” that’s what she said her name was was the most rude person I have ever met. We went down to the front desk multiple times while she was working and she was no where to be found. With a LONG LINE at the front desk. She needs to be fired immediately. She is the older lady with glasses and a pony tail. The you man working during the day, the African amazing woman and the manger were great!!!

Lugar tranquilo, no había escándalo como en otros lugares en que me quedé allá en St. Louis.

We had to order the food utensils because they did not have them in the room, they asked for them and what they give are super small pots and pans and to top it all, I never received the coffee maker or the toaster. They also gave dish soap, but they do not give you a sponge to wash. The bathroom was dirty and the drawers full of hair. The window frame was also dirty and had dead animals. The sofa bed has no protector, so take your sheets if you use it, and it is not comfortable at all. What was paid for can be expected no longer, so I guess it is not so bad.

The night clerk that checked us in was great. She was very friendly and gave us extra towels, pillows, and blankets.

The room needs serious cleaning. On glance it seemed clean but with a closer look... There were hairs left in the tub and toliet. There were a few small bugs in the kitchen. Unfortunately I dropped something while sitting in the chair and had to put my hand in the crease to get it out. I found an old comb, old lip balm, an alcohol pad, and a feminine hygiene wrapper in the crease. That's nasty.

The room was clean. The bathroom toilet and shower was cleaned well.
