I got a call from the motel the morning of my reservation telling me that the room I requested was "overbooked." I was told that for an extra fee I could book another room. This is a classic "BAIT AND SWITCH" ploy. I found out that this happens with some motels when a third party booking is used and the motel tries to get more money from the customer. I was told by their employee that either I pay up or they would cancel my booking. I refused to pay! I would caution Booking.com to be more careful of who you do business with.

I made a réservation at this hôtel on january 29th, 2025 for 5 Nights in August 2025 for a 2 bedrooms suite only to get a call the night before I was leaving for my trip to Tell me that they cant accomodate us (2 adultes, 2 teens and 1 kid) and they have to cancel my réservation!!! Now im leaving for my trip with my family not having another hôtel yet. I was so Mad when I got the call but the lady told me There is nothing she can Do except cancel everything.

Room was very much in need of a deep a cleaning and multiple repairs

The room was nice and clean, the property was not so much, outside doors do not such so they can’t lock and be secure, property run down, pool has been filled in and you can’t even use the patio area. The included breakfast was coffee and some packaged ok looking muffins. Black granules came out of the hot water container. There was broken doors in the hallway and a mattress in the stairwell and the sheets they gave for the pull out sofa didn’t even fit the bed, to small. We had no choice for the hotels were sold out in the area but for $189 we should have just pushed on another 4 hours after driving 6 and just went on home. This is $100 hotel at best, do not recommend for a family, it’s more like a ran down apartment complex for the projects unfortunately.
