Extended Stay America Suites - St Louis - Fenton

Room was excellent far exceeded my expectations especially for the price.

I liked that the woman at check in and the woman at check out were very nice and very accommodating.

Overall trash place to stay at, there is mold in the rooms, and dog feces all over, constant loud noises from adjoining guest the list goes on and on , but here is the big kicker, they would rather do a discounted contacted price with Sixflags for people who are here from Jamaica on work visas than offer loyal local customers rates they had guaranteed before hand and then go back on their word and change the prices sky high. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location was a little wonky. (Across the highway from consumer businesses in an industrial area) But not bad by any means, it's just tucked a little out of the way in an industrial area. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were SO nice and efficient. We'll definitely stay again.

No free wifi like advertised. Found someone Bag hidden in bathroom. Had to move bed to shut bedroom doors. Had to lift up on door to get it to shut probably. Asked if they could come up n get dirty towels n. Take trash out they told us we had to bring towels down. N they would exchange them rudely. Than. We had to take the trash all away to the dumpster. Breakfast was. Dry muffins. No lids for the coffee cups. They people who worked night shift would stand in the parking lot outside the door n talk to their friends as loud as they couldn't no one go any sleep. The whole experience with this hotel was horrible.

Floors, and tables were not wiped off. Floor was dirty multiple spots/spills on floor. Tables had cup rings and dusty. Couch was dirty with spots. Roll chair was covered in crumbs/dirt. Staff was nice. Location convenient.

Baseboards and floors were dirty. The floors turned our feet black. There were no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates in kitchen. Entire kitchen cabinets were empty. In order to cook we had to go buy all kitchen supplies needed. It defeated the purpose in getting a room with a kitchen to cook. Oven door would not close. No big trashcan in kitchen. No dish soap. We found a used diaper in the couch cushions. Was stuffy and smelled of strong smoke in the hallways and stairway. Check in was wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Centrally located to things to do in St. Louis. Check out was a breeze.

The young lady at the front desk was nice & the property was very peaceful!

I always clean & sanitize every where I go but it was a good thing I had my cleaning supplies. The coffee table, couch & kitchen table all had visible spots of unclean areas! The tub wasn’t clean, hair on the toilet & in the bathroom sink! The floors hadn’t been mopped especially in the single bedroom next to the bed & nightstand!
