TownePlace Suites Dulles Airport

I love the staff very helpful and always there when you need them. feels like a home away from home. I love staying here best place to stay in town. Heather Williams the Manager is a pleasure to work with always helpful and there when she is needed. The house keeping staff is amazing and always willing to help and very sweet. Brenda the weekend Night Shift is amazing and very helpful. I can not say enough about the staff they are all very amazing and great

The hotel was wonderful. One of the best in terms of comparing to home: the kitchenette actually includes an oven, unlike many other Suite-type accommodations. The only downside is location: It’s right on a busy road where construction occurred through the night.

The property is too remote form any restaurants and too near a busy highway. Rooms were loud.

The workers were nice but that really is the only good thing going for this place. The rooms are dated and the AC and bathroom fan are noisy. The morning breakfast is not something I would even entertain. You can find a better place to stay in the area.

Your beds are hard your pillows are uncomfortable

I loved the staff people who work at TownePlace; they were all so helpful and friendly. I loved the availability of a kitchenette to keep extra food cold and a microwave to heat up the food. My only complaint is that even though the room was supposed to be smoke-free, it had that stale smoke smell from years of someone smoking in the room. Otherwise, my stay was perfect!

Having a suite for a family of 5 for the same price as a regular hotel room was great. The kitchen saved us lots of money too!

I can't help but give The TownePlace Suites a great review. Every time my family and I are here it's a great experience. The front end staff is great and very helpful. Everything from the service to the hospitality is wonderful. All of the hotel staff is amazing. I love this hotel and we will book it every time we come into town!!!!

This was perhaps the best customer service we have ever had!! I am a Gold Elite member of Marriott Rewards. I messaged the hotel ahead of arrival inquiring about any upgrades to a suite. The hotel staff responded quickly and offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite! Upon arrival the woman working the front desk was so nice. The room was great. The next day we called down to see if we could check out a couple hours later- and again it was no problem at all! Just a fantastic experience overall. I would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area. Thank you to the entire staff for helping to start our vacation off on the right foot!!

Excellent location for me. Easy access from Route 28. Friendly staff. Excellent room care. Great breakfasts. Good parking. Building and grounds well maintained. Room was like new inside. Good heating/cooling system. Window drapes closed completely - Good. The only adverse issue is that there was no covered place for smokers to smoke outside except at the entrance door, and I had to walk through smoke haze and odor to get into the hotel. I complained, and they said they are working on it.
