The Marlin Hotel

Central position for art deco area of Miami Beach close to beach and restaurants.

Our room 109 was next to the restaurant and was very noisy till after 1130 each night. It was also close to the road which at the weekend was also noisy through the night. The beach chairs were not available as there was a large conference arena set up on the beach which we were not told about.

The hotels location in South Beach is fantastic, the staff very helpful and friendly. Made use of the beach chairs offered by the hotel. There is an Italian restaurant on site, which I would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again when returning to Miami

A little tired but to be fair the history outshines this

Location! We can just walk to the beach or to Lincoln Road for dinner. Hotel is located with an Italian restaurant together in one building, restaurant at ground floor, hotel rooms above. Room was ok, not very spacious, while bathroom was nice and clean ! We just stayed for one night, it was good! Luggage storage service also ok.

In our room the complimentary bottles of water was forgotten by the room staff, and because we checked in around 19:00 , we were told by the reception that the water was out of stock on that day… In comparison to the room price , the value for money was not so high.

Unexpected experience. You have to enter the hotel through a porch restaurant. The lobby is very small there is nowhere to sit. The rooms are small and the supplies in the room are limited, we needed to get various items typically stored in room.

The location was excellent

Bathroom a little small but understandable as it’s an old property.

Amei o hotel! O preço é justo para o padrão de hospedagem nos Estados Unidos. A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da praia e dos pontos mais conhecidos de Miami Beach. E a uns 20 minutos para a região central de Miami Downtown. Vi alguns comentários dizendo que o hotel era antigo, mas não tive essa impressão. A recepção realmente é pequena, porém isso não nos atrapalhou em nada durante a estadia. Fiquei no quarto mais simples, com uma cama de casal, e foi excelente. O quarto era confortável, bem limpo, espaçoso e bem equipado. Ficava no primeiro andar, então não foi necessário utilizar o elevador — bastava subir uma rampa e um lance de escada. O hotel também conta com um restaurante, com opções para comer no local ou pedir no quarto, o que achei bem prático. Foi cobrado um calção de US$ 300 no momento do check-in, mas após o check-out o valor foi reembolsado conforme informado, sem qualquer problema. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e solícitos durante toda a estadia.

O quarto tinha a janela voltada para a rua de trás. Por isso, era possível escutar alguns barulhos vindos da rua durante a noite e também pela manhã.
