Beautiful gardens, pool area, beach, and all the surroundings

The staff does not seem to have control over the lobby drop off zone. Just upon arrival, my car was not able to pass through because some cars were simply parked there even where there is a designated 15 mins area for people doing check in. Not even for a handicapped person to get in the car, the staff dared to ask the person doing the check in to move the car that was just parked in the middle of the roundabout.

bartender excellent. service quite slow. food was nice.

rooms outdated for price. bed platform very ugly. blanket too thin, a/c loud and air blows in your face. could not turn a/c fan off. check in an hour late. did not get one of the 2 rooms I reserved until 4:15. When I arrived, it was a little after check in time and they said room was not available. Saw special rates for 169 in ads after I reserved but I paid over 400. check in staff doesn't give you a proper orientation of day activities, ice machine location etc. they just make you fill out a bunch of papers
