Yotau All Suites Hotel

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de muchos servicios y restaurantes. Es antiguo pero con gente amable. El desayuno es abundante.

Sure one of the best hotels to stay. The internet was not very good, but you can connect your laptop into a cable inside the business center.

Hotel viejo, pésimo servicio de internet, tuve que pedir cambio de tv pues había una antiguisima, el ruido de construcciones vecinas y del piso superior no me permitió descanso alguno, buena ubicaciones, en general todo antiguo y en regular estado de conservación, no volvería.

My room was huge and had its own balcony. So it was perfect for a cigar and a glass of wine after work. The location of the hotel is okay, if you have own transport. If not, for going to downtown etc. , there are trustful taxis easily available from the hotel. Nevertheless, there are good restaurants in walking distance. I ate dinner at the hotel once and it was very good. Breakfast was okay. A/C in the room was working very good. The only odd thing was that there was a unlocked little door in the shower!!, which leads to a dark shaft. So my advice: Well - do not open it. Service of the hotel in general was good and very friendly. You can go to ths hotel - no regrets. Ah.. Wifi was good only in the lobby.

The hotel staff was very very nice and helpful. The internet could be a little faster but still worked. Location is good and several restaurants on the same street however cabs are inexpensive.

Very nice hotel; good restaurant; large room; but some areas outdated

The hotel was in a convenient location. Nice view of the pool. The room was clean. The breakfast was good but the actual restaurant area was kept very warm and air conditioner not turned on until mid-morning.

During my stay in Santa Cruz, I stayed in 3 hotels in 3 nights and this hotel was by far the nicest and was close to good restaurants within walking distance. I did enjoy eating in the restaurant one night and the food and the service was excellent.

Five stars Suite, but it is like three stars service
