Britannia Hotel Wolverhampton

Hotel is OK just 10 minutes from the railway station and room is OK except the tv is too near the bottom of the bed but OK having to clean out my room no problems as we have to do this at home under the coronavirus so I'm OK

Good location, helpful and friendly staff.

I wouldn’t stay here again it’s old it’s dated and needs a huge revamp. Says a lot about the guest experience they give when they give rooms like this even my 70year old self wouldn’t accept that condition

Very unfriendly staffs at reception. This damped my spirit whilst stay there. For this reason, I feel it has let me down.

Toilet wouldnt flush, sink was clogged, shower dripped noisily all night. No air conditioning, room was super hot. Terrible location, homeless crazy people right out front of the building. "Dog friendly" but no amenities for dogs, and a small grassy area is a 10 minute walk across busy streets. Overall, zero stars, don't stay here. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Mouldy room, dirty curtains, toilet handle hanging off the wall. Would NOT recommend people staying here unless they’d like black mould exposure. Receptionist attitude was disgusting and snobby when we told her we were leaving due to the fact that the rooms are a literal health hazard.

Great staff, rooms not best datedat best. But in middle city centre so gets a tick in box for me, however i get this is not all people want. I like this hotel for staff. Rooms ok and hotel ok not worst ive stayed in
