it was dirtry and dated .The bath was broken. The ceilings where patched up. The didn't seem very secure. I would visit it again

"Nightmare stay"

Was keep awake all night by some one banging doors in their room. Nightmare stay wont be stopping here again Place is old and dated need a serious makeover.

"Changed Mind"

Was due to stay here for one night but upon arrival we were told, rudely, by a receptionist that check in wasn't til 2. Which I was fine with, but then was told to go to some shops when I asked about relaxing til check in. Bar was closed so she basically told us to f**k off elsewhere

"Worse Britannia Hotel I've been to"

Hotel feels like it hasn't been changed since the 70's. The single rooms ok, it was clean and bed comfortable. There was just two milk jiggers which seemed a bit mean, although I did get some from Reception. Big sash windows which rattled all day and night, so no sleep. Breakfast ok. Have to say there were some unsavoury residents which made me feel unsafe. On checking out I handed over my Reward Card only to finds points never added. I've tried to email and send a message on Facebook but as expected NO response. Would I stay again, definitely NO. Pay about extra and go to the nearby Premier Inn.
