The Creekside Inn

nice and centrally located. we attended an event @ Stanford stadium and was able to find close enough parking to walk to the stadium. ask for a 2nd level or higher room tho because the bottom floor guests will hear the upper floor guests every move due to the thin walls

The room was smaller than I expected.

Creekside Inn is a great place to stay in Palo Alto. Perfect if you have anything to attend at the University. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The grounds are beautiful. They do have a pool which we didn't have time to use, but it looked like many were using it when we went by it. Parking is plentiful and abundant. We got a sandwich at the deli on site and it was delicious. Checking was easy and fast and all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The grounds are nice and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Like many properties in Palo Alto, it’s an older hotel that has been updated over time. The room still had a slightly dated feel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, for the price and location, I felt it was a good value.

Good location, two bus stops are within the area of the hotel parking lot. Cal train is about a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. Bike lanes available, for those who are biking and otherwise a good location. I liked the creek and the garden in the middle. It's not a full Zen garden, but does not need to be. The atmosphere was plenty nice!

The room was clean and the bed comfy. The bath had all the essentials. Frig and coffee maker were a nice touch. Continental breakfast was good, but could use more protein. There was an excellent deli on the premises. Next time we’ll try the Brazilian steakhouse on the premises, as well. Although close to the street, the beautiful trees buffered the noise. We will return!

The room was nicely decorated. Loved the refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, space, drawers for storage, & balcony.

Give at least until 12 for check out.

Great place to stay in Palo Alto, close to our destination and couldn't be happier with the room and staff. We got a garden view room on 2nd floor. Parking was close and only steps from the elevator.

This Inn is perfect. Our room had a lovely patio that looked out on the creek with trees, shrubs, flowers, an abundance of birds and some entertaining squirrels. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was unique and inviting. Housekeeping was respectful while attentive. The breakfast was a quality "continental" and the Driftwood Deli, on the premises, served fresh, quality, reasonably priced food and offered a coffee bar and small liquor and grocery section. Furthermore, a variety of restaurants were within walking distance. The landscaping throughout the grounds was meticulously maintained and allowed for many outside seating options. The front desk staff were pleasant, responsive and accommodating. This all made for a perfect location to recover from a medical procedure at Stanford Medicine.
