Hyatt Regency Metropolitan Chongqing

Location is excellent , within easy reach of the main attractions of Chongqing There are lots of food outlets just outside the hotel In particular, we enjoyed the vegetarian buffet restaurant next to KFC by the Liberation monument Hotel is clean Staff helpful

The room is decent and hotel in a good location. Convenient to tour around the city and lots of food and malls. Will be much better if they can upgrade members and use the lounge but they didn’t even though the place is quite empty. Overall good experience

Bit outdated old american style hotel, very well located and a great stay

It was a great hotel, close to all the atractions, clean, confortable, people were very nice and everybody tried to help us when we couldn't talk in Chinesse. The included breakfast offered a buffet with many options of Chinesse and international food. Our stay, altgough short, was perfect, we felt special.

Great Location. The staff were great and helpful, especially the housekeeping lady. The hose to the shower head was leaking and they were quick to replace it. The Aircon heater wasn't working, or maybe I didn't know how to set it, so is a little cold.

Great location. We kept going out to the street to eat each day and never for bored. 3 Subway stations on 3 different lines are within walking distance. Lounge on 37th floor was pleasant and staffed by exceptional friendly service personnel.

Very good location and you can get around chongqing easily from the hotel. It’s literally 100m away from the main square which is the centerpoint marker for the city. However the downtown location also means that getting a can or ride hailing during day time means being stuck on heavy traffic. As an explorist at that time, i was given an upgrade to a very spacious room with a dining table, huge King size bed, and work desk. There was also an equally huge bathroom that has a separated standing shower enclosure, and bathtub. However, I was a bit saddened to find that there was no electronic bidet in the toilet, which was a common fixture in Hyatt’s more affordable China chain Urcove.

The location is great and it’s very close to lots of food places. There’s a police station right next to it too.

해방비 광장 바로 앞에 있어 먹거리도 많고 지하철 접근성도 좋으며 방은 깨끗하고 사용하기 편해서 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

We have a good stay. Hotel is very prompt to all our request. good location with good service. Will make referral to our friends for sure!
