The bathroom was remodeled. The pillows were comfy.

Room not cleaned properly. Previous guests left dirty towels in the closet. Surfaces of the room were dirty.

"Cleanliness"

We paid a premium price for a pool view balcony room. We were not notified that the balcony would be shared between 3 guest rooms. Upon arriving, the balcony and all balcony furniture was covered in LAYERS of dust and dirt. It got all over my kids clothing and hands/feet. We were unable to use it at all. Wyndham, please specify to your guests and notify them that they will be in a shared space. Also, please clean the outside space of your rooms, especially when you are up charging guests for those specific rooms.

"Saved our family weekend getaway!"

We had the greatest experience staying at the Wyndham Lancaster! We originally were supposed to be staying at the Dutch Wonderland Inn and at 1 o’clock in the morning our room was infested with bugs at the inn so we went up to the Wyndham hotel they were able to get us a room for two nights and they could not have been more accommodating and kind in a really bad situation. We had a room right out to the pool and our kids couldn’t have been happier! everything was clean and immaculate. We went to the park and when we came back, our room was spotless. The pool was gorgeous and they even had a bar and a DJ and Special knicks showing on the big screen by the pool. We were so impressed and we can’t wait to go back! They saved our family weekend vacation!
