"Don’t stay here."

We were put on fifth floor. First room filthy - hallway filthy and poorly degraded. Doors off hinges and walls scraped all along corridor. Carpets needed vacuuming. Looked haunted. Asked for a new room. Sent to fifth floor. More haunted. I do believe this was a closed off wing and it was filthy. Four men outside window drinking, partying and very loud. Stopped after midnight. I didn’t bother calling front desk as I assumed a security guard would take care of this. No. Didn’t happen. Stay away from fifth floor! Moved to our third room on 4th floor. Finally! Clean. Much better. Thank you to daytime front desk employee. Entry for handicap customers is awful. Big ramp and no door button. Pool area, windows, furniture in pool area dirty.

Location

My room was located on lower floor no elevators or escalators, my wife is disabled, we had to walk down stairs with our luggage, bathroom was dimly lit, no sink counter top, due to dance program kids were screaming making noise till around 12pm
