Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center

Room was poorly serviced. There was trash and pills in the room. A crib came to us 2.5 hours after checkin after I had to call 4-5 times and threaten to leave. One arrived smelling like vomit and broken. Another was brought a while later but by then my kid was sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was unexpectedly closed every day I was here which was a bummer because we prepaid for it. I’ll have to make sure it’s refunded. The pool looked like a green swamp, I don’t know if it’s out of season but just a bad feeling about how they maintain what you don’t see if they let stuff like that happen. Layout is weird and expect to take a few sets of stairs to get to your room. I dunno. I wasn’t impressed or happy with it. I’ve done a lot of work travel and I’m not that picky. If this was a $60 motel I’d give it a lot more slack but it didn’t really stand out like a mid rate hotel.

Had flee’s flying around our room. Sizes of the bars of soap and shampoo were hideous. Sat down at the restaurant and no one waited on us. Just total all around bad venue. Was glad to leave.

Staff was not knowledgeable of hotel premises, such as if they had a restaurant. Air conditioner sounded like a rocket ship blasting off. Room was not clean. Electric box was off the wall. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. Carpet in room was stained- looked like vomit.
