Location

Service. Lack of basic necessities provided for free. Like no toothbrush! High end hotels even holiday inn express provide it for free!! Food and service at the coffee shop was horrible. Cold sandwiches over priced coffee which was made in a hurry due to lack of staff. For the price and star rating it’s just not up to par or in comparison to competitors . It’s a convention center staff walking around with crumpled shirts uncombed hair. Just not professional. I was there for a business meeting and it was not a good look!
