Hampton By Hilton Leeds City Centre

I was unable to stay because they would not allow me to change the booking date. I have been a customer of H by H since their inception and stayed at various locations over many years - probably every two months. Very disappointed that they could not offered any compromise- ironically, I would have been paying a higher rate for the date I wanted to swap to. Madness!

Clean and tidy

Price creeps up every year and isn't really justified. Breakfast was poor this year.

The property was super clean and the staff were excellent and very informative and very friendly. Excellent breakfast and so near Leeds city centre.

The bed on the left hand side was hard to get into bed as the wall is only a couple of inches from the side of the bed, so it was hard for my husband to get in and out of bed.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly.

The location was good as we were visiting the first direct arena and it is walking distance. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and ready when we arrived.
