Kamway Lodge & Travel - Hostel

I booked for 1 room, 1 person. We shared 4 people You lied about proximity to JFK and I spent over$150. You guys are fraudstars

This was a nice place to stay at enjoyed it and it was nicer

The sheets are covered with maps, large and small, which are not in line with the advertisement. The description of the service is ambiguous.

Bed smell there was weed smoking smell bed bugs on the bed i and my family had left

I don’t like anything about this hotel everything is terrible ... cleanliness service ... the building ...everything ... I will never come back again

The most unique feature is that the receptionist is not fluent in English or Spanish, making it extremely difficult to communicate. They mandate you call ahead for late check-in to get access code, but when you call no-one answers the phone. Other low-cost hotels provide better, clear services. Breakfast consists of pot of hot water, a jar of Nescafe and NO cups.

Place told me to go away and that they did not have my reservation and all rooms are fully booked. They didn't speak english and it obviously looked like they were accepting people that spoke chinese. They did not refund me my money at all.

No fire escape... Smoke detector in room did not have batteries. Narrow steep staircase. Smell of marijuana every evening with people hanging outside at all hours. You must carry luggage up stairs.... only thing I could say is good location to bus & subway.
