Just did not get informed lesuire facility’s were not open

The breakfast ws good lots of choice

Nosy neighbours slamming of doors ,we didnt get any sleep on night 2 because of this no fridge in room hard beds The live band was extremley load couldnt talk to family without shouting over music whilst eating a meal.

My disabled aunt was not pleased that lift to breakfast room was broken on second morning. She also found lighting in the bedroom too dim as her vision is impaired. A couple of cooked breakfast items were not great

Warm clean rooms, friendly staff, especially the reception area. Breakfast excellent.

It is a bit like a maze. Also, my evening meal in Prego was unfortunately not cooked. I had carbonara, and the pasta was only luke warm, so the egg was still raw, but the rest of the table enjoyed their meals

Staff were very helpful and pleasant

No room to change in for a wedding as we were checking in early that 3pm....I appreciate u were very busy at the weekend
