Location is excellent. Room was nice and comfy.

We were shown to a table for breakfast near to where the chefs were cooking. We were asked if we would like tea or coffee and after it was brought to us we never saw a waitress again we were just left. As there was a breakfast menu on the table we looked at the menu and waited for someone to come and take our order. Noone came we started to look round and realised that people in the other part of the restaurant were carrying plates and that it must be self service. As we had never been to this hotel before it could have been explained to us where the breakfast was. Totally different experience to the previous night when we had evening meal the waitress couldn't have been more attentive. A little explanation of how breakfast worked and I would have given this hotel a 10. We left feeling a little disappointed.

"Disappointing"

Friendly staff, clean hotel and nice rooms

Breakfast was shocking! Leisure facilities were closed but weren’t made aware when booking but couldn’t cancel due to being non refundable, very disappointed and bored kids! Very noisy (not the staffs fault)

Breakfast was excellent, great variety, except the sausages. Too small for an English man’s breakfast.👍

The room and the breakfast room temperature was far to hot, lots of people saying it at breakfast as-well. 1st thing in the morning and the evenings.
