This property was absolutely gorgeous!!! A worth mention was the staff how incredibly friendly they are and how they will make your experience that much more better. The restaurant riverside kitchen was delicious and had many options, the only issue we had was they sold out of their higher tier steaks which goes to show how incredible it must be! (Get reservations early in the night, our reservation was at 1945). Last but certainly not least was the private onsen in our room, overlooking the river and the mountains was always great to spend time in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

The hotel was a beautiful building and right on the river which was excellent but it was the staff that made the place outstanding! Taylor was wonderful as he spoke English but everyone went out of their way to help and were so nice.

This hotel is worth every dollar. Although a little high up in the mountain with not much to walk to around it, it was definitely worth staying there. Very welcoming and warm you feel right at home. The spa facility was very nice and cozy. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel which was delicious and highly recommended by locals for the wood fire oven. We walked to a small sushi restaurant as well right by the hotel for lunch and it was surprinsingly very good! We had bad weather and only stayed 1 night but it was very enjoyable. The rooms we booked were amazing, so spacious, with views and private onsens. I definitely recommend it. Staff was very nice and helped a lot with transportation and other questions

Great stay! My husband and I really enjoyed the in room onsen. Staffs were friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It will be easier if you have a car. It is a bit far away from the gora station. But bus station is very close by.
