"泊まってよかったし、また訪ねたいと思う。"

・玄関から部屋まで畳敷＆バリアフリーで快適。 ・お休み所でコーヒー、夜鳴きそば、ヤクルトなど時間帯ごとに気軽に飲食できる。 ・大浴場が二つあるので、片方が混んでいてももう片方に入れば良く、スムーズだった。 ・夕食のバイキングはそこそこ、アルコール飲み放題はお得感がある。テーブルごとに仕切りがある半個室仕様なので隣を気にせず食事ができるのも良い。 ・スタッフの方達がみんな気配り上手で気持ちがいい。車椅子の方にもサッと対応していて凄いなと思った。 ・宿泊者の年齢層が幅広く、カップルも、女子旅も、高齢夫婦でも気兼ねなく泊まれる感じが良い。

特になし。強いていうなら、丘の上に建っているので坂道が苦手な人は注意。シャトルバスに乗れば問題ないと思う。

"初めて滞在しましたがもう一泊したいぐらい良かった"

4つのお風呂がとっても良かった スタッフ一人一人がとても丁寧で素晴らしい特に帰りのお見送りは＾＾ Booking.comで予約をしてた部屋から到着時に部屋の変更をしてもらったのですが対応が素晴らしかった。

シャトルバスの発車時　出発しますの声掛けがあったらよかった 食事のごはん、みそ汁の出すタイミングが食事の後の方がよかった(おかずと一緒で冷めてしまった）

"温泉を堪能できました！"

料理も美味しくて、温泉が23種類も楽しめて、貸切温泉も入れて、幸せでした！アイスが普通のフルーツのでらなくてチョコとかモナカのアイスがあったのも嬉しかった！

駐車場から荷物持って階段がたいへたった。 館内の案内がなかった 2名で予約をしたのに1名分しかセットされていなかった。
