For emergency it was great that they accommodated my dog, it was clean and good value for the price

The dog policy, required £50 in cash deposit. Which is refundable if there’s no damage. This hasn’t been mentioned after booking.com confirmation. I am pregnant, I was evacuated from my house with no card, I had to wait for my husband to come with the cash. And when we wanted to pay £10 additional payment for the dog, they said only via card. So cash for the deposit and card for the additional payment. For anyone that might come with their pet.

Great location, to see Coventry. Very basic, but clean, staff were helpful. Only let down the bar never opened so no refreshments were on offer.
