The location

The bar and restaurant were not open when they should have been, the bathroom had a leak, the carpets and walls were filthy, the pre ordered prosecco never arrived….awaiting refund. The prices were seriously inflated for concert weekend….i could go on and on

The tattyness of the hotel generally Hot tap in bathroom barely worked Old fashioned Staff not great or very friendly Lift floors very dirty Strong smell of weed near the door
