The location is very comfortable, especially for people arriving to Coventry for the first time. The staff is friendly and caring.

It was cold. It had been raining there but the windows were open. When I asked to do something, it turned out that no air conditioning/heating was available

The hotel was convenient for where we wanted to be. It's ok.... it's old, tired and unloved

It would have been far better if the normal room rate had been charged instead of them 'profiteering' because there was a concert on in the city and the Coventry motofest resulting in the room price being £100 more than a normal Saturday. (I know, our fault for booking it, but our stupidity doesn't alter the fact that the company are blatently ripping people off)
