Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment had great facilities and appliances.

There is lots of noise from bars playing music underneath the apartments and opposite on 6th Street.

Fabulous East Austin location, walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown. The apartment is enormous with a lovely patio and all the comforts from home, much more than we expected.

We arrived late at night and the instructions to the building were confusing, we got there in the end

The location was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Close to local shops and easy to walk into town.

It was quite difficult to find initially.

It met the basic requirements of a furnished apartment, as advertised.

The check in process is a nightmare. You are required to submit your face pic to their biometrics system and upload IDs and take selfies. There is no human being at the location to help you. If you call customer service they will parrot scripted lines back at you eventually prompting you to download their app or interact via their website. So if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait on hold for half an hour or figure out how to navigate through their website. For me, to convince them that the coffee maker was not working took me 45 minutes - did you try to turn it off and on - etc. and then another 2 hours for a replacement.

Well located, close to downtown and with very good restaurants nearby. The area is quite. It has a nice pool and a nice gym.

The access inside the building is very hard to find: you have to go through a backdoor located inside a parking and this is very hard to understand when you are there; actually some people crossing the street that new the place asked us if we were looking for the entrance and guided us; otherwise, we would have spent hours to find this backdoor entrance. PS: Yes, there is a text written on a sidewall of the parking but it is very small so you can't notice it unless you know there should be something written on that wall.
