All good except the dogs swimming in the pool.

It was clean and quiet

The parking was really not good

It did look nice. Storm in Austin knocked out power but door leaked and water soaked carpet and floor in the living room area . Couldn’t get humidity out of the room . Couldn’t get any help from staff. Room was getting a mold smell which I am allergic to so we had to check out and get another hotel . Had to get Expedia to get me a refund . Then someone from the staff showed up

Very good location, good size, nice fitness centre, pool, etc.

Checkin process is run through a separate platform which requires an account and is pretty cumbersome. Cleaning team had not finished when we arrived at checkin time so we had to wait but even then the wine glasses had lipstick stains etc.

Fantastic apartment! The place was HUGE! Location was awesome right near all bars and restaurants. Complex has a pool and a great gym. Our second time staying at a Sonder. First was in Rome. Love everything about them. Will seek to stay at them wherever we find them.
