Absolutamente todo, un hotel para total descanso y las atenciones de Kenny y Mimi de animación 1A..

Excelentes instalaciones y restaurantes. El personal del hotel super amable.

Nada. Sería bueno que las piscinas esten abiertas hasta un poco mas tarde de las 18.00 para poder aprovecharlas luego de la playa que te dejan estar hasta ese horario.

I booked my room on line.I book a master king swim out suite that came with a pull out bed..When I checked in they said I had reservations for 2 adults..I was told it would be an additional $140 dollars a night for my son and $640 dollars a night for my daughter..Once my daughter arrived to the resort we wasn't sure if she was going to make because she miss her flight once she arrived we were told she couldn't be in the same room and I had to purchase a whole separate room I ended up paying an extra $4000 dollars I checked on line there is nothing say it was a maximum amount of people allowed per room we were RIP off

We were stranded due to flight cancelations and the staff did everything possible to accommodate us and help us. Food was good at breakfast and room was immaculate.

Room service food was eh. Orders "nachos" and got chips with tiny cups of salsa, cheese, and guacamole that weren't enough to make "nachos" for a handful of chips.
