Great energy! Friendly, helpful staff!

Nice location, delocious food (except desserts), mostly kind staff.

They tried to give us a room in front of the construction building. After 12 hours of flight, we spent additional 2 hours convincing with the recepcionist and the manager that we didn’t pay such a high price to look at the building under construction and workers working all day making noise. It was such an unwelcoming approach for this kind of hotel. Rooms have musty smell, really unpleasant. Desserts have all the same base. In Italian restaurant it is ridicilous to name cakes tiramisu and canoli, because they niether look nor taste like original ones.

Somente da praia e piscinas

Eu nunca vi um hotel fazer um downgrade em uma reserva e nesse hotel ocorreu isso, havia reservado um quarto de uma categoria e me entregaram outro, fui contestar disseram que era o único disponível. Eu gostaria muito de um ressarcimento do meu dinheiro, porém o rapaz da recepção disse não ser possível, vou ter que falar direto com o hyatt e ver oque fazer, mas foi péssimo, não indico para ninguém ir.

Staff on the whole very friendly. Service variable from excellent to mediocre at restaurants. Lots of food choices and 24 hour cafe was super good. Lots of activities with kids zipline , bowling, tennis, basketball and waterslides with lazy river. Great burgers at snack bar.

The sink and the bathtub drain did not seal properly so major waste of water. Our air conditioner did not adjust - set at 18 which we found too cold. Maintenance tried twice to fix the problem to no avail. No hottub.

Está muy bonito y moderno.
