The hotel is new. The staff was friendly. The room was not fancy by any stretch but it was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. We were there for one night on our way to Augusta. It totally and comfortably served its purpose.

Was in town to teach a class and the group of instructors I was with spent both nights in the lobby. The woman working both nights was fun and friendly. Great location and always clean. I’ll always stay here when in Greensboro

"Customer service (LISA) was the best & nice hotel"

Lisa at reception was nothing short of AMAZING! Great hotel, my only issue was house keeping could have used a little more detail in the shower (prev. guest pimple patches still stuck on wall) Other than that, very pleased with my stay.

"We will never stay at a Tru; we will stick to Hilton Gardens."

The location was great. The staff nice.

We did not realize the hotel was pet friendly. We were kept up most the night due to yapping dogs that never shut up. The walls are so thin you could hear the conversation going on in the room next to us. A medium size dog put his paws and face on the breakfast counter. Nothing was said to the pet owner nor was the area cleaned. We did not eat there.
