Proximity to lake.

Our room was on the first floor and facing the parking lot which meant people walking past the window so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire stay. Also, the laminate flooring in front of the window was damaged and loose, apparently due to the air conditioning unit leaking inside the room at some point. The room smelled of mildew or like a basement.

1) the air didn't work. we asked if they would send someone to fix it and they said the didn't have anyone. we ask if they had a another room they said no but we can check out, it was 11am no where to go 2) the fire alarm went off and they could not tell me why

Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating

You need to improve the quality of the toilet paper.

Not sure who had the idea to pipe cloyingly powerful scents throughput this hotel, but they need to be fired. Glad I was only here one night. The scents were so heavy in the air you could actively taste them. In addition, the lighting in the room leaves much to be desired. Why wouldn't you have lights on both sides?

The hotel itself was clean and smelled very nice. Our room wasn’t cleaned. The bed was filthy and I had to request new sheets because the sheets were dirty and smelled of oily, dirty smell. The sheets were wrinkled and filthy! The floors were dirty with shoe prints all over them and particles all over the floors. I will never stay at the Hilton again! I’m disgusted! Julie A. Smith

Hotel is worn. Pool was unusable and surrounding area was in bad shape. A/C was loud. Weird lighting in room. Walls were thin. Bed seemed like a portable. We had trouble checking in because of something that was done at the front desk with the rooms the night before. It is walking distance to a sub par Longhorn and a Chick-Fil-A. Won’t stay here again.
