This was such a great place in a great location. The staff were so helpful, the breakfast amazing, and everything was clean and comfortable.

Es muy centrico y se puede ir a todos lados caminando. El personal es muy atento y te colaboran con cualquier tema: servicios, restaurantes.

El desayuno está basico y se repite cada dia, huevos, pan, frutas, café y jugo. Sin embargo lo hacen con esmero y buena presentación.

Clean, well located property. We had a huge king size bed. That was very comfortable. A shower in the bathroom was good as well. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good with fresh scrambled eggs. It was also nice that they had a new elevator to whisk us up to our upper floor room. So we enjoyed it overall.

The room was extremely basic, with harsh neon style lighting and there was no heating/AC system.

Stayed at Hotel Andes de Urubamba during our visit. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Temperatures were cold as it was winter there but we were given a heater and it did the work. Breakfast was great as it is cooked per order. Hotel was clean and close to pretty much everything.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Heater was available. Bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was ok. It is quiet

The mattress is awful, but haven’t found one that was comfortable in my entire trip

Perfect. Very clean. Front desk attendant was very accommodating and kind.

Pros: - Amazing сafe view on the mountains and delicious breakfasts however the selection is not very diverse. They always have fresh fruits, freshly baked bread + scrambled eggs or fried eggs that cook upon request. - Prime Location: only 5 minutes from the main square and 2 minutes from the market of Urubamba. - Excellent soundproofing: the hotel is very quiet but there was only 1 room occupied when I lived there, so it might be different in a high season. - Comfortable spacious room with cozy bed, plenty of blankets, and the option to turn on the heating if needed. - Super friendly and extremely welcoming staff. Maybe not all the employees speak English but they always try to understand you and do their best.

Not so many cons and they are all manageble: - Hairdryer is available on ly by request, if you ask at the front desk. - No in-room water, they have only water and coca leaves tea on the firts floor. - No refrigerator in the room, if you transport some medicine that needs to be cold or just want to keep your beverages cold, take it into account. Inconvenient Outlets: The outlets are awkwardly placed behind the beds and need to be moved to be used. Limited Breakfast Variety: Although breakfast features fresh fruit and freshly baked bread, the selection is not very diverse.

Amazing staff. Very attentive. Same-day laundry service. Large, clean rooms. Would definitely stay again!
