Hotel Andes Urubamba by Ämak

During my visit to Urubamba, when i stayed at this hotel, i had a great experience. The rooms are comfy, have everything you need, and are always super clean. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help with anything. Plus, it’s in an awesome location, close to everything important. With how clean, organized, and well-run it is, it’s a perfect place to stay

The accommodations and property itself looks very charming and modern enough to make you feel really comfortable (got surprised noticing they have elevator) the hot water during shower time was amazingly good, the coffee and fresh fruit at the breakfast area were excellent and the view from the 4th floor was stunning! The staff are super kind, they always try to make you feel comfortable, they organized a full day tour for me and my family to Maras Moray and Salineras for a fair rate. This is a real 3 starts hotel, a gem just a block away from main square. Thank you guys, definitely I will come back soon!!!

The staff was extremely kind and the room was very comfy. The breakfast was abundant. Hope to be back soon!

The staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful! They spoke a decent amount of English and were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation for our day trips and seeing to all of our needs. The breakfast served was also wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel for those who wish to spend some time in Urubamba.

The staff and management were excellent. The location is a block away from main square. The front desk manager organized our afternoon tour and nothing was impossible to accomplish. Private transport to Ollantaytambo was arranged with ease. Definitely recommend for those wishing to stay in Urubamba. Jim

We’ve just had two nights at this hotel, it was perfect. From the moment we checked in until our early morning departure we couldn’t have been treated any better. Ivan in reception really went the extra mile, he arranged trips, exchanged money, recommended restaurants, organised extra lamps for our room, he even got up and made us breakfast before our 6.30 am departure. The room was spacious, very clean, just what you need post a busy day exploring. If you want a base in the Sacred Valley I don’t think you could have a better place.

We ended up having our air bnb not respond so we had to find a last minute hotel. Evan was amazing at the front and got us a amazing room for $55 USD. Evan was more than hospitality while being as helpful as possible without trying to take advantage of us in a sticky situation. Amazing family, great rooms. Hot water takes 2 mins to get going in the shower but that's the only problem we faced and we're told about it. Very grateful to end up there
