The room and shower was big

The staff was very kind and friendly.

The breakfast should be improved.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Good location near main plaza, very clean, extremely helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast, very accommodating.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of Urubamba. We didn't have high expectations when booking, but were very impressed upon staying there. The rooms were modern and clean. Perhaps a couple steps down from luxurious, but much nicer that many American 3star hotels. Breakfast was included and they are generous with offerings. STaff is eager to make your stay comfortable, and you are just steps away from all the action. What a great find! and We would happily stay here again.

Location was central to the town square in Urubamba. Bed was comfortable. Very nice shower and bathroom. Helped arrange transportation from cusco airport

I felt the price was a bit high for the accommodation quality... while everything was good at the property, I stayed at many similar quality properties in Peru for less. Also for english speakers do note that the hotel staff speaks very little english, as is fairly typical in properties in the countryside.

The room was very clean and good breakfast with nice view at 4th floor.

When i went out for taking dinner and came back to the hotel, the enterance door was locked. I was forces to wait for staff about 5 minuts.
