Hotel Andes Urubamba by Ämak

Good location. Breakfast area had beautiful panoramic views. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Andes de Urubamba and both times the experience has been excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. The full breakfast is served in a bright, beautifully appointed room with a view of the mountains. Having laundry on site is a plus. The hotel is located in the center of town only two blocks from the beautiful plaza. Many thanks to Marzia and Adrianna for all they did to make our stay a wonderful one!

Hey can work ob the breakfast options but it's not an issue in Urubamba.

Great location (just one block from main square) clean and modern room, friendly service and a good breakfast included… all for a great price. You couldn’t ask for much more. Very satisfied with my stay

Welcoming staff. Nice breakfast with a view. Everything looks brand new and clean. There’s even an elevator. I would recommend it to anyone.

Location was good and the place was clean and tidy.

Would have preferred a larger bed. A double bed is a little small but I don't think the room could house a larger bed. Ok for max of 1 night.

They double charged me using a credit card, and I am still working on getting that fixed with my bank. It's a real pain. They also called for my Taxi to Cusco and then tried to charge me double the cost of the Taxi. Be alert - this hotel is nice and in a great area, but they are not honest and transparent. Watch your wallet.
