Wonderful staff really went over the top to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurant. AC didn't work that great but the fresh outside air was nice.

"Charming boutique hotel"

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. We were I'm room 107. It faced the street. It got very loud our first night due to students in apartment across having a party until 5am. Recommend a room on inside.

"Nice time in Old City of Dijon"

Good decor on this old house since 1600 year. Room are comfortable even little bit small (even for Executive room) Very quiet, and good location inside the Dijon old city centre .

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Phillipe le Bon. The restaurant was probably one of our favorite things about the hotel. The food was amazing and the staff was fantastic. The one concern we had was around the maid staff. They left our hotel room door wide open after cleaning the room, several times. We mentioned this to the front desk and the response we got was along the lines of "they always do this" and they didn't see anything wrong with it. I have concerns with our belongings being left wide open for any one in the hotel to have access to.

"Not as we had expected"

The staff was very nice. First they gave us a funky room which was far below the **** of the hotel rating. We asked to be moved to a better room, which was much better but had to pay an additional 30 euros. Normal additional price is 60 euros but the hotel gave us a discounted 30 euros.

"Not worthy of more than 3 Stars"

The hotel didn't live up to its Relais & Chateau status or the reviews. All rooms other than Exec Suites are postage stamp size. Two people have to coordinate all movements to get around.

"Change of plans"

We asked for another room upon arrival as the picture of my room from hotels.com was not the same as price and summary of the room. The room was very small, lacked old world charm so we were moved to another room in the older more charming part but was still not the same room I thought I had booked and we needed to pay an upgrade fee. Very good food at the bistro but a little on the pricey side for a bistro.
